Co-owner, Jen Pate, is a certified Level 1 & 2 PaddleFit Instructor and will be running regular classes at Windmill Lake. PaddleFit combines outdoor fitness with stand up paddle training and techniques. The goal is to provide you with a system the helps you achieve your fitness goals, improve your technique and guide you on your path to a happy & healthy lifestyle. We have a 40-acre private lake that is a beautiful spot for beginners and experienced paddlers. Calm & sheltered, this is the perfect spot to try something new!

PaddleFit is a program that is easily modified so that anyone who wants to try can enjoy and challenge themselves at the same time.

SUP Yoga is available for private bookings with our friend Clare of the Yoga Den & Sunset SUP.
