Co-owner, Jen Pate, is a certified Level 1 & 2 PaddleFit Instructor and will be running regular classes at Windmill Lake. PaddleFit combines outdoor fitness with stand up paddle training and techniques. The goal is to provide you with a system the helps you achieve your fitness goals, improve your technique and guide you on your path to a happy & healthy lifestyle. Daniella is our on-staff Yoga Instructor. In the off-season, you can find her running retreats and teaching yoga at Revive Retreats or online.

Jen is a World Paddle Association Instructor as well as a Level 1 & 2 PaddleFit Instructor. She has four years experience teaching SUP & PaddleFit classes at Windmill Lake and is looking forward to you joining her on the water! 


Daniella is a YA Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor as well as Reiki Healer and Thai Massage Specialist. This is her second season at Windmill Lake but you can also find her at the Yoga Nook in Lucan & Revive Retreats.


Both Jen & Daniella also teach wakeboarding, paddleboarding, canoeing & kayaking at Windmill Lake so come hang out with them anytime!
